Product Description

(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, represents a pinnacle of engineering designed for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. It deftly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, even when carrying voltage but no load, ensuring reliability and safety in your high-voltage applications.
This switch, tailored for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, stands out for its streamlined architecture, competitive pricing, and user-friendly operation. With a comprehensive range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it offers versatile options to cater to various power needs. The switch's construction comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure, composed of dual conductive blades for each phase, assures efficient opening and closing operations. External compression springs flanking the blades enable fine-tuning of contact pressure by simple spring height adjustments. Its operation is effortlessly executed with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Suitable for installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum limit of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to function effectively in outdoor conditions with wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be void of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE CONDITIONS FOR NORMAL USE BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
- Meticulously remove any dust and dirt from all components, ensuring the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces are immaculately clean.
- Carefully scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure perfect conductivity.
- Generously apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact points for smooth operation.
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the contact surfaces and adjust the compression spring height as per Table II to guarantee optimal contact pressure.
- This switch is meticulously designed for hoisting applications and is intended for concurrent use with transformers on the line.
- The switch's rated current spans 200-400 ampere hours, typically requiring three mounting holes, whereas the 600-1000A models also utilize three mounting holes.
Conduct an annual comprehensive examination of the switch's following components:
Diligently clean off all dirt from conductive elements, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle exteriors to maintain performance.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure flawless operation.
